You can't argue with people for whom the ultimate value is life itself. They can never see eye to eye with people whose ultimate value is happiness / luck of suffering. It's just a massive disagreement on the basics of ethics.

Some are saying severe disabled children are a blessing...no they are not! Of course you love them,but life with a severe disabled child is a dayly strugle, not only for the family but for the child as well!Usually the healthy siblings are "sacrificed" because the parents need to dedicate themselves to the sick child!

It’s because they only see or think of them as their cute little babies but fail to realize that those babies will grow up and be adults with severe disabilities where they can’t function on their own. Those parents don’t think about the future as long as they get praised for being “great and selfless parents” when in reality they’re selfish af

The need or want for a child should never outweigh their quality of life. Why choose to bring a child to this world knowing they will be in pain or struggle through out life. That is not humane.
