@amandag558: Replying to @msymanietz thank you for this! We didn’t even take that into consideration. Update- still no resolution…. @Planet Home Lending #mortgage #bills #bankaccount
Put your payment in an escrow account with your attorney. That way you've paid it, just not to them.

Once they effective date your payment, it will resolve the interest.

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but as an accountant I have run into issues with vendors not finding our payments. Can you get the details from the payments from your bank? There should be a trace number for each transaction that the mortgage company should be able to compare with what is in their bank (they may need to contact their bank account officer as well).

Yes demand they back date the payments and adjust the interest. Also how can they not track it if it was applied and reversed for June? That’s insane!

Record every phone call with them, and make sure they aren’t putting late pmts on your credit.

Ask them about other ways to pay that aren’t via the website. Can you send a money order or a WireTransfer? A wire transfer is instant, it has a tracking number, it goes directly into their account

What about the email proof of your payments? They should be able to see all the transactions and when you made the payments.

My question is what happened in April, May and June that was different from Jan, Feb and March? Especially since you were in autopay. This is wild. I went back and watched your original video. Also, I get wanting to refinance with another bank but Veterans United will sell your mortgage! We bought our house in June of 2023 and it was sold to PennyMac that same year. Now PennyMac has been good to us but Veterans United could eventually sell it too.
