@natortelli: Wash day, but with a little extra scalp love 🫧🤎 I start with gentle head taps to wake up and stimulate the scalp, then massage with my fingertips to help loosen buildup, relax tension, and encourage circulation around the follicles. I wash my hair upside down because it gives me better access to my scalp, helps me work the shampoo through my roots, and makes rinsing everything out easier without piling my hair on top of itself. And yes… I rinse with a gallon of water 😂 Until I get a shower filter I trust, I’m sticking with water I feel safer using on my hair. Healthy hair starts with a clean, cared-for scalp ✨
