Do you know if I may? I’m going to go ahead and put this in another perspective for everyone here because I think this is when we wrap it all up is what we’re talking about is the difference is when we utilize our gifts versus working into society for corporate America, we follow our purpose and not our pride and this is that this is the trouble we’re finding because we follow pride and monetarygames and rewards and obviously that’s what society follows right but when you follow purpose, this is a new uncharted kind of territory. There isn’t really a manual. There is tour guide there aren’t any instructions and the money is not really the intended outcome necessarily more like that is just a byproduct.
