ethier he is trolling y'all or setting y'all up for failure ngl. these setting make u lose details, like shadows from lights to spot players easier.

Personally I like when the video game that I’m playing looks appealing. I have a 4070 ti 12gb and I simply max quality all the sliders and cap FPS to 120 with vsync set to half (my monitor is a 1440p 240hz). 120 FPS is totally fine for most people

Adding on, if you do have a lower end pc and you do have a nvidia GPU then use dlss.

Texture filtering lets you see textures from futher away better i think for more vram no performance cost

Texture filtering is how detailed flat surfaces look from different angles, uses almost zero resources but might add some visual noise such as random scratches, dents and other stuff but it’s still just a flat texture so you’re not really seeing more, just do as Spoit says
