(Plz reply) It took me. An hour… to get back to my state we’d be together after trying to dissect his post that he was with a girl etc and we’ve even no contact is this ok?????? Is that the state I want to be in or it has to be instant.. I.e like I saw his story and instantly didn’t react ? Or is the 1 hr delay ok?

Mariam, I know this is frustrating but I am now from the holiday with him. Yea, we shouldn’t look at the 3D for validation. But I am starting to panic. I feel scared. He’s not said anything but ‘friends’. My inner feeling keeps saying he is my husband. I think I’ve had my first ever panic attack today in my life. Please help! 😭

Stop perpetuating the loop of seeing something in the 3D —> reacting to it (i.e, accepting it as your truth, internalizing it, and perceiving it AS who you DO NOT want to be) —> therefore seeing more of it in the 3D (and the cycle continues). It was my birthday yesterday. He didn’t even wish me a happy birthday. Silence. No messages. However 2 days ago, he messaged me saying he wants to hook up. I didn’t go. He’s still with 3p. But he told me he’d come back to me in 3-4 years. I’m done. I don’t want this version of him anymore.

I don't know if what I did was good or bad, but I wanted to talk to him today, so I drove an hour and a half to his house. I saw him driving away right in front of me, so I followed him while he tried to shake me off which he managed to do, but I knew he was heading to work, so I drove there and waited next to his car for hours, but he never showed up. Then I wrote him a letter about my feelings and what I was thinking, and left it on his car. The problem is that he has a girlfriend, and I think he cheated on me with her. So I sent him a message calling him a "disgusting cheater," and he replied, "You're sick, get help." I told him i just wanted to talk but yeah idk did i fuck up?
