✨Millionaire Baked Spaghetti (Big M Style) Ingredients: • 1 box spaghetti • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced • 1 lb ground meat • 2 cups Holy Trinity (onion, celery & bell pepper) • 6 cloves garlic, minced • 3 green onions, sliced • 24 oz marinara • 16 oz Alfredo sauce • ½ cup heavy cream • Parmesan, mozzarella & provolone • Fresh parsley • Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, Trader Joe’s Aglio Olio seasoning, cayenne & black pepper • Sugar (optional) Directions: 1. Brown the sausage and ground meat. Add the Holy Trinity, garlic and green onions. Cook until softened. 2. Stir in marinara and season to taste. Add a little sugar if you like a sweeter sauce. Set aside. 3. Heat the Alfredo sauce with heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella and provolone. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, Aglio Olio seasoning and black pepper. 4. Cook spaghetti 2 minutes less than the package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain. 5. Toss the pasta with the Alfredo sauce and reserved pasta water. Add more cheese if needed to thicken. 6. Layer the Alfredo spaghetti in a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and provolone, then the meat sauce, and finish with more cheese. 7.
