@miller_brook: Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 cup cold cubed butter (or grated) 1 1/2 c brown sugar 1/2 c white sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2 3/4 cups + 1 Tbsp (338 g) all purpose flour 3 tbsp corn starch 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 cups chocolate chips Mix butter and sugars together. Mix 4-5 minutes. Scrap sides and make sure all butter is mixed in. IMPORTANT! Add in eggs and vanilla. Mix again. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Add in chocolate chips of choice. Make balls 1/3 c each. Yes 1/3 cup!! Bake 375 12-14 minutes And yes you must use cake flour. You can always just make cake flour with flour and corn starch. #cookies #chocolatechipcookie #baking
