well I told my husband im.thinking to take it and told him not to tell anyone. I haven't started it yet. so I think I wont tell him when I start just carry on with intermittent fasting and walking amd swimming. inshallah.

apart from my husband and one friend (who's on jabs). im not telling anyone for now. I just want to get on with it myself without questions and judgments and see how I go. ill be honest if people ask but for now I don't need anyone to know xx

Starting mounjaro jabs next week. Should I tell my PT? I already have support with my diet, so I figure I can just explain to her I’m eating less and counting calories. She doesn’t need to know I’m having help from the jabs right?

I have been on wegovy pill a week. Feel fine. ‘ Each dose builds on the next one, it keeps building in your system every time you take it, that’s why there seems to be a delay with side effects.’ Is this true ? Will I feel worse in few weeks even on 1.5

I was quite open with people, they noticed my weight loss and asked how I did it..I wasnt going to lie to them, it made me healthier and happier...other people's negative opinions didnt mean shhht to me.

I see the pills/jabs as a tool and I have never hidden the fact that I have/am using them, although I do understand why some would not want to tell 🥰 I have just started using the pills and have decided to share the journey on TikTok - I have found myself being alot more mindful of Protein and water intake this time round and already 4 days in I feel better for it 😀
