@cravethisplate: Tender, flaky cod coated in a sweet and savory ginger-soy glaze with just the right amount of garlic. Serve it with fluffy rice and broccolini for an easy restaurant-style dinner at home. Servings: 4 Ingredients 4 cod fillets, about 5 to 6 ounces each Salt and black pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil 2 green onions, sliced 1 teaspoon sesame seeds Cooked white rice and broccolini, for serving For the ginger-soy glaze ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce 3 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon water Directions 1. Pat the cod fillets dry and season lightly with salt and black pepper. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. 3. Mix the cornstarch and water in a separate small bowl until smooth, then stir it into the sauce. 4. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cod and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side. 5. Carefully flip the cod and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. 6. Pour the ginger-soy sauce into the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, spooning the glaze over the fish, until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 7. Serve over rice with broccolini. Spoon extra glaze over the top and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. #CodRecipe #AsianInspiredFood #EasyDinnerRecipe #SeafoodDinner #FoodTokRecipe

How about an Asian fish, you can introduce one to the economy. We would like to know why Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia don’t have famous fish like Halibut or regular fish like cod. It’s better than knowing your mushrooms and other things pot smokers dream up from looking at their feet.
