I heard female sperms are slow swimmers, but live longer & male sperms are fast swimmers, but die quicker. So was told its best to have sperm in you before ovulation, so that way the male ones already die and only ones left are the females one. So when ovulation finally comes, the female soerm get to it.

There is a whole book on it. Timing, pH, diet, supplements. It’s really more timing than anything. Boys closer to ovulation girls longer before ovulation.
