Okay, to defend Persona 5, it's true that in Japan, as in several other countries, the age of consent is 16 (Joker is 17), therefore, this relationship remains more of a weird age gap but not ilegal. And I think that's the reason why kamoshida was so deplorable was more the physical and s3xual abuse of students, more than that the students were or not minors.
