I used to be addicted to pain pills cause of a spinal surgery I had. then I had an epiphany one day. I've always had bad anxiety as well. and the pain pills helped it all. once I treated my anxiety, 75% of my pain went away with the anxiety. that's when I realized my anxiety was causing so much of my pain. talk about feeling like am idiot! lol!!

Ugh the anxiety it causes is so severe. I would start having panic attacks daily. It was bad, like I would get impending doom daily and it all went away when I quit 🥰
