@laushealthylife: FLUFFY GREEK YOGURT BLUEBERRY MUFFINS🫐 * 1 cup plain Greek yogurt * ⅓ cup avocado oil * 2 eggs * ½ cup maple syrup * 1/4 cup milk * 2 tsp pure vanilla extract * 1 tsp salt * 2 tsp baking powder * 1 tsp baking soda * 2 cups all purpose flour * 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries (if you’re using frozen, dust with a bit of flour) Mix all ingredients together adding in the blueberries last. I filled my muffin liners up to about 3/4 full. Bake at 375 F for 18-20 mins. Let cool & enjoy! Love these with butter & can’t wait to try with more fruit!
