I’m a teacher and bought one to have at dismissal. I freeze it overnight and keep it in the bag all day and it still has ice in it in the afternoon.

I just got mine yesterday. I ordered off amazon. I work in a factory, and get very hot (menopause added in) they worked for two hours from frozen state. Amazing product.
