Honestly this makes me feel sad, I’m a chef and I work in a pub where we have 5 main courses and 1 special main. I always tried so hard to think of interesting vegan main dishes but there’s only so many options!! I follow so many vegan content creators for inspiration but it’s hard man! PLEASE GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS AND TELL ME DTUFF YOU WANT!! I want to feed you guys!! 😢😢

Either that or everything is falafel. Or hummus. Where they call it a vegan burger but really it’s mushed up watery veg in breadcrumbs. Had a carvery server tell me that the cheese sauce was vegan because it didn’t have dairy in it because it came as a powder so it clearly wasn’t milk or cheese.
