Everytime im about to go to bed, i always had this urge to talk by myself, its like full gibberish. “Damn, its fkin late should have go to sleep by now. Yea, you messed up bro. Me? Its a we. Nah you, there is no we.” Like it goes on and on in endless cycle, and once in a while in between the gibberish, a new “invention/inovation/idea”surge in about a completely unrelated things, and it always end with “nah dont wanna think about it, i havent done fighting with my shadow” so i just started a new cycle. Never been diagnosed before but i think i am, an adhd. I dont know i felt so sure, and felt so unsure at the same time.

I went in for a ADHD assessment and spent a bunch of time apologizing for “zoning out” during the test because it was so long and I started thinking about what it would mean if I didn’t have ADHD and all of this was just me faking it. Doctor laughed and said, “I don’t need to see the rest of the results to confirm you have ADHD and probably some OCD. Then when I told him I was surprised because that wasn’t the way the conversation went in my head while I was rehearsing it and he added that I may also be autistic. He asked why I was surprised and I said I expected him to be angry with me for wasting his time and yell, he then said I’ve probably got some cPTSD. Still officially only ADHD…

I told my therapist last week that I think I might have ADHD, her response was "you haven't been diagnosed yet? I've been seeing you for years and I can tell you the answer"

So a couple years back, we were having a family dinner and my middle child had just had all of the testing -and she looks me dead in the face and says where the hell do you think I got this from oh autistic mother of mine . to be fair, it makes a whole lot more sense now.
