Hey, I have an idea ! Instead of building AI data centers. How about Telus actually build a call centre that’s in this country. So when you’re talking to somebody, they actually know the street you’re on, where your area is. They don’t push you through to eight different other people before you actually get somewhat of an answer three hours later.. just a thought
