See an Italian wedding soup inspired soup may be the way to go with tiny meat balls, zucchini, sea weed. Even chia seeds could be interesting as the cous cous

Simmer a turkey carcass or turkey bones for several hours to get a very nice broth, seaweed is also a great flavor addition. drop in some turkey meatballs to your broth and it’s ready to eat!

Could you ferment the seaweed with salt to get a more vinegar like flavour and taste to then use to season further things

I wonder if browning the turkey in some olive oil in a frying pan first would give it some more flavour? You could even season the meatballs with crumbled seaweed

You should also make a turkey bone broth! If you have an instant pot you can make them super easy! It’ll provide so much depth of flavour to your broth

OK, assuming you can have every part of the turkey then you can actually roast a turkey (or a turkey breast on the bone), pull off the meat and then use the bones and the skin and everything that’s left to make super flavorful broth. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for 6 to 8 hours. Strain out the bones and You’re left with some delicious broth plus shredded turkey.

Sometimes I make soup where I blend Zuchinni into the broth to make it creamy. Maybe you could try that!

try searing the meat and veggies in the same pan. using the oil and natural flavors and oil from the meat to flavor the veggies. then putting the "stock" in it. then boil it down. you could also do a stir fry as well

A whole turkey would make this amazing, boil and salt the carcass and make bone broth, you can slow roast the breast and shred it plus turkey legs and wings will as some fun texture

turkey bone broth is amazing, especially if you can roast it first to get the maillard reaction (brown food tastes good). not sure if that would increase the histamines too much. simmer some zucchini in it? awesome stuff.

You could try making broth with leftover zucchini or turkey bones if you are able to consume the broth made from those! That could be a good soup base too!

Definitely try browning some turkey with salt and olive oil before putting it in the broth and try adding cubes of roasted zucchini! Sounds yummy. I’m not a soup person either but I hope this will bring you comfort on a tough day

Me: I hate all soup. Also me: here is the list of soups I love but have to be primarily eaten with chopsticks or a fork and then maybe drink broth.

I'm a certified soup lover! Here's a recipe idea: first do a vegetable/bone/tea broth with the ingredients you can have. For the soup: start with olive oil, salt and turkey on the pan. Add the zuchinni short after and let it cook for a while. Add some water (with the broth, and not too much so it thickens) and let it simmer in low heat. In the end, check the salt, add some glucose powder if you will and add the seaweeds for some texture! U can make a quick sunomono cucumber salad to put on top of it, when its served!
