@ahmed.saied4870: I was walking sightseeing on the Buda Side of the Danube river of Budapest. When I stopped to look at a magnificent building which happened to be the public prosecutor’s office. As I stood there admiring the architect. 2 police officers came out of the building holding this man in chains ⛓️. It took me completely by surprise as I have never seen a prisoner being escorted in this fashion in European city before.
