I love when I notice when my dad around my mom and I; he comes in funny ways. It was my birthday and my mom, me, and two friends were getting pizza at a local pizzeria and sat down to talk. I was thinking of my dad (idk why) and I was quietly tearing up (nobody noticed thankfully). So, my mom got to a point in her conversation and was like: "*you people* have to went where last week?". And I started laughing because my mom doesn't use that phrase, my dad does. English wasn't his first language, so he always had that quirky phrase he used 🤣 Oh dad... lmao. That's when I knew my dad was around and I said hi to him (in my head).

My toilet the water wasn’t shutting off so I turn the water off to the toilet and didn’t use it. Two months go by and I was cleaning and in my own voice I heard Annette fix the toilet. I knew immediately it was my husband who passed last year talking to me so I said you need to give me the knowledge. I you tube it and it looked easy so I tried it and it worked so I fixed it. I thanked my husband and was so proud of myself. Now when I get random thoughts I know it’s him. I also had this poem come in my head that my husband would have wrote he did stuff like that not me. So I ran and wrote it down. I called my daughter laughing at myself what I did. She told me to send a picture of it to her so I did. She said mom im scared now I said why ? She said you wrote just like dad and I looked at it again and I did and then I was scared..lol

I’m glad you mentioned hearing your own voice or neutral rather than an external sound. which happens sometimes, too, for me. But more often it’s my voice but kinda not my voice but sounds like me but in my head not necessarily externally.

for me, it shows up as songs and song lyrics. I only discovered this because 20 years ago, I couldn't get a song out of my head during a reading I was doing. The penny dropped when I realised ..oh this IS her message. Now it happens consistently.
