Awww I miss this...my first job was at Harkins and became a manager back when everything was on film. It was so much fun splicing the reels together. We were so meticulous about everything to make sure nothing was scratched. The few times we went to AMC to see a movie, I'd always immediately notice the scratches on their films and be so proud Harkins wasn't like that; I mean it happened sometimes, but we were always so careful. Worked the midnight release of Batman Returns...we were all so scared of messing up those films. Nostalgia.
