my bun suddenly stopped eating i did everything in my power to keep her here and nothing worked i left for work one day and she was gone she waited until i left to pass on but i blame myself constantly and now i watch her husband grieve the loss while grieving myself 🥲

My girl had an ear infection and after the vet she completely stopped eating and was very unwell. I picked her up to feed her and she refused so bad that she got a seizure and died. The sound was terrible, she screamed til her last breath💔 Don’t think I’ll ever recover🥺

My girl is off to the vet tomorrow, I went on a short trip for a funeral, and when I came back she had a lump nearly the size of a baseball on her side. She doesn’t seem bothered by it, but the fear and anxiety is killing me. She’s 10 years old, but I don’t think I’ll ever be ready for her to go 😢

I learned everything I know about rabbit care through your channel and was able to give the best life to my sweet boy Sebby. Unfortunately, he's at that point of his life in which he has bad days and good ones (he's a 7 year old rex rabbit and has severe arthritis in his spine). I'm treating it as best as I can but I know his time is limited. Know that you and Lenny have made many rabbit parents feel confident an given us a chance to make our babies happy. Thank you. 🥺

Yesterday I made the most difficult decision of my life, to put him to sleep forever... for 4 months he couldn't even walk anymore, we gave him water and food with the syringe every 5 hours... in the last few days he had difficulty breathing, yesterday I decided to put an end to his suffering... but it hurts, so much, I can't stop crying and looking at his photos, today I'm 32 years old but he lived with me for 12 years and all the worst and best moments of my life. I miss him so much 💔💔

My girl Havana had stasis, I took her to the vet and he told me after her meds she’d be fine. I stayed up with her all night and fell asleep for about 10 minutes. She passed away when she knew I wasn’t watching. It still kills me

I had to euthanize my 10 year old bunny Teemo three months ago, and I was cleaning my room tonight and found one of his poops, and I cried so hard, the physical pain I feel in my chest, and the grief is so overwhelming.

I feel this I lost my girl 5 years ago in October. The silence was deafening caused alot of breakdowns & pain. It doesn't go away really just eases a little over time. A friend got me my current boy, who definitely stops the silence cutting through the night.
