Unless you’ve actually walked through a wetland area, you really have no idea how much damage you’re doing. There are so many different forms of life. None most people care about or don’t care cause they don’t know 🤔🤔🤔

Credits is how the state doesn’t actually do its job of ensuring the whole state is balanced between urban, ag land, and preservation areas. Eventually they’ll leave it the everglades and the rest will look like Manhattan. 🙄

Hillsborough county did this in Brandon. land that was donated to the county was supposed to remain a wetland & for wildlife. They sold it to commercial developers.

They do the same thing with Indian burial sites, endangered animal sites. The key is they just mess it all up before anyone is watching and then the gov says “well it’s already damaged” this is their business model
