Cook the chicken * Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. * Cook chicken skin-side down first until golden and crispy, about 6–8 minutes. * Flip and cook another 5–7 minutes until fully cooked. * Remove and set aside. 3. Make the sauce * In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. * Add honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, chili flakes, and water. * Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. 4. Glaze the chicken * Return chicken to the pan. * Toss until every piece is coated in the sticky honey garlic sauce. * Cook for 1–2 minutes more. 5. Serve * Slice the chicken and drizzle with extra sauce. * Sprinkle with parsley or spring onions.
