the skin is frosted white from the laser, wait 30 minutes and that inks going to start showing again, the only way to remove a tattoo in 1 session is if the ink was too shallow in the first place

That isn’t in one go. What you are seeing is the “frosting” It looks it’s gone but it will fade and the tattoo will still be there. It takes multiple sessions to fully get rid of it. I’m currently having this done.

This is a pico, laser and they are used in the United States nationwide as well. All you have to do is use Google and look up laser tattoo removal
