He probably put dry vermouth in addition to the olive juice. A lot of inexperienced bartenders do that and it throws off the drink big time

I also tried here it was very clean and the environment was so nice my food even had edible flowers but this was during grand opening and my food was 10/10

The food is delicious. Idk about the bartending, but when we went the owner came by and asked about our drinks making sure they were okay - I think whoever is running the bar is new! Or just inexperienced. BUT wow their food is amaaaazing
