@techtiff: Your iPhone already knows when Zoom sends a notification. In iOS 27, that alert can start the rest of the routine. I set mine to turn on Work Focus and open my meeting notes automatically. Then I told Apple Intelligence to add the notes step to the shortcut I had already built, and it updated the workflow for me. That may be my favorite part of the new Shortcuts experience. When the routine changes, the automation can change with it. Pick one notification you get every day and decide what your phone should do next.
