A cope the haddadiyah are gonna come with is, sh. ʾIbn uthaymeen said هل نقول انه كافر لأنه مشرك “do we say that he’s a disbeliever because he’s a mushrik” but clearly the S͟hayk͟h here negates him being a kafir and as we know every mushrik is a kafir, as for what he meant by mushrik it’s the linguistic sense of committing shirk. Because the word mushrik comes from the word أشرك (associated partners) this is the linguistic meaning which is obviously what’s meant by the S͟hayk͟h because he negated this person being a kafir.
