dereleen with all due respect I agree yes people can not live in this manner. but government can't clean the peoples houses. please understand what I'm saying, if you live in this state I'm talking about the rubble that it's caused by the people living there. the drain the bathrooms the railing yes that's municipality but the dirt they can atleast keep their area clean.
