Hi Chef Moe! I love watching your budget meal videos! I wish I could recreate some, but I live in Hawaii and family meals down here average $20-$90 to feed a family of 4-5 with leftovers. We also don’t have any budget stores down here like dollar tree or dollar general.

Mad respect for showing people how to eat on a budget. It helps people far more than you realize. Now in my case, I have a wife who is a caterer so I already know what I'm about to ask. But I never assume that because I know, so does everyone else. What are the essential pantry staples that every family should have to be able to expand the kinds of meals they can make in their kitchen, and are shelf stable.
