not supposed to use massage when you have a clogged duct I believe.. I've had a clogged duct for two days and I was suffering.. I tried everything except using my husband 😂😂.. so I just said let's go I gotta get this out . he did the dam thing and got my clog out in 5 min.. what a relief 😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨

Using the wrong flange size, especially too big will cause clogged ducts, so make sure you are measuring your nipples! 😬 Definitely do not go by this chart! This is very outdated sizing recommendations.

I get clogs somewhat often so I bought this and I hate them. I get barely any output. I literally get like 3 ounces and with my spectra I get anywhere from 7-10 ounces. 😭
