"WHIZZINATOR" CAUGHT YELLOW-HANDED! A Florida man allegedly planning to cheat on his court-ordered drug test with a fake urine device tried to ditch the evidence inside a patrol car — and it was all caught on camera! Flagler County deputies arrested 52-year-old James Shepard after they said he drove to a drug class with a suspended license, violating probation tied to multiple burglary and theft convictions. To the arresting officer's surprise, Shepard once inside the patrol car whipped out "a jerry-rigged Whizzinator, a bogus bladder of fake urine wired to a heating pad with a faux pizzle to make it convincing.” Deputies said Shepard later pulled the device from his clothing and tossed it onto the patrol car floor after an officer moved his handcuffs to the front because he complained of a shoulder injury. In-car video reportedly captured the entire incident. “This pee-brain dirtbag had already been given the deal of a lifetime, walking around on community control when he should have been sitting in a prison cell for almost a decade,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Shepard terrorized our home construction businesses and had stolen enough appliances to open an appliance store but was only sentenced to community control when (he was) eligible for a minimum of 9 years in prison. Now he has a stream of new charges after flushing away a second chance to turn his life around. Instead, he tried to trick the system. Now he needs to go to prison!” Shepard now faces charges including driving without a valid license, probation violation, defrauding a drug test and tampering with evidence.
