Can this work on boredom cravings aswell? I feel like I have to "do something" to keep me occcupied to not fall for the craving when I don't have anything to do which obviously is a stress related...

So valuable thank you. I notice I only feel that way if I have to go to work (twice a week). I’ve lost 75lbs so far but being around people triggers me. I have to spend the rest of the evening regulating my emotions when I get home. But doing this while at work will help so much 💕
