I’m staying at a nursing facility while awaiting my application to go through. Four days after arriving I came down with chronic sinusitis. I’m having a reaction to something in the building. Instead of transferring me to their other facility when I asked, they ran out my insurance, so I’m stuck here. I get debilitating migraines daily. The ENT prescribed Medrol and this place lost the script. I’m taking so many new medications now for this situation that have nothing to do with my reasons for being here. I went from two prescriptions to 8. It’s ridiculous.

I work a shift rotation that requires me to switch from days to nights every 2 weeks. What do you suggest other than ambien? I am 51 and have been prescribed it for 7 years.
