Take him to hospital for proper check up, he needs a neurological and psychiatric evaluation. They should do CT scan and MRI of his brain. Prayers is good, but hospital 🏥 first. This could be Depression, Drug abuse, traumatic brain injury or PTSD.

Dear Sister, take your brother to get an MRI scan of the brain, it may be due to good forbid a tumor or aneurysm. If scans are clean seeing a psychiatrist is the next best option. No one is telling you not to pray, but medical attention is needed

Never leave him. No one will look after him like you would. Start a go fund me so we can help with funding. He requires a catscan or MRI. This can happen to anybody. Do not assume it is drug related.
