There is a reason. Don’t give up on a good leader who has gotten you through the worst times you have been through. He needs a team who works together. Zelensky has not have had a life for yrs and a target on his back since the start of war.

Without Ukranians departments forcing innovation and lowering casualties by making the front more manageable. They probably would have succumb to greater manpower in a direct attritional war, and would have got steamrolled a long time ago. I suspect the younger tech guy needs to be more cooperative and responsive and respectful with his leaders. But now is not the time to sack the guy in charge of the department winning this conflict for Ukraine. They must be forced to cooperate.
