the jar says occasional constipation. Pooping once a week is not occasional so if people aren’t going to the restroom three times a day and they’re saying this will help you.?

Does it work for severe constipation, that the inky way I go is to take laxatives once every 5-7 days, and in between I’m just distended and full and uncomfortable and my gut looks 5 months pregnant?
