I used an electric mixer to save time but this also works with two forks Storage ♨️ allow the Tacos to cool fully on a rack, then you have a couple options for storage 👇🏽 - you can flash freeze for 1 hour, freeze speed on a baking tray, then bag up in one, this means they don’t stick together - Wrap in foil and store immediately in the freezer - Vacuum seal as shown in the video and store in the freezer, the vacuum bags are from @zwilling_uk Reheating ♨️ - To reheat, remove the foil if applicable, then place the taco in a hot pan with no oil, heat for 2-3 minutes on each side till the sides are crispy and the cheese is melted, enjoy!
