Don’t need to flip it but let it sit another minute or two with a cover so all the egg cooks. I hate wet egg 🤢

He did a better job in rolling it this time, it wasn’t so wet. Just putting a lid on it for a bit would finish off the cooking without flipping. You could even take it off the heat.
