I have been using boric acid weekly 2-3 x’s/week for the last year. I make it a routine thing. Ever since I started this, I have not had neither BV or YI’s & I was getting them regularly.

Great breakdown! 👏 Boric acid can be a helpful tool in certain situations, but it's not meant to be an everyday solution. Supporting a healthy vaginal microbiome is just as important. 💖
