I feel like I have just been so glued to my screens I can't stay off the phone for more than 5 minutes, it goes with me everywhere it's like the phone has a chokehold on me, it's like every minute I'm not scrolling I'm missing out on something that a friend will reference to and I won't understand and feel left out, every second I'm waiting for someone to text me because that's modern communication, our phones take over our lives but are so needed, I haven't done art in so long, I'm so scared of what will happen to us of we continue to live this way, as food starts to get even more processed, and pumped with even more chemicals, I can't help but worry for the future generations. but I guess that's the point, they want us to be scared.
