@.cookwithbrooke: Crispy Low-Carb Palmini Cheese Sticks 🧀 If you’re craving mozzarella sticks but not the carbs, these are about to become your new obsession. They’re crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and take just a few minutes in the air fryer! Ingredients * 1 package Palmini lasagna sheets * Pepper Jack cheese, cut into small cubes * Cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes * 1 egg, beaten * Grated Parmesan & Romano cheese (enough to coat) * Italian seasoning * Garlic salt * Ranch or marinara, for dipping Instructions 1. Rinse the Palmini lasagna sheets really well and pat them completely dry. 2. Cut the sheets into pieces large enough to wrap around a small cube of cheese. 3. Place a cube of Pepper Jack or cheddar in the center and wrap the Palmini around it. 4. In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan & Romano cheese with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. 5. Dip each cheese stick into the beaten egg, then into the Parmesan mixture. Repeat egg → Parmesan mixture one more time for an extra crispy coating. 6. Air fry at 400°F for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. 7. Serve immediately with ranch or marinara for dipping. These are crunchy, cheesy, and seriously hard to stop eating.
