i work for a university as a teaching lab coordinator, and the magic the dry cleaners can achieve with our lab coats is nothing short of miraculous. there are so many chemical stains (acids, bases, oxides, various solvents, literal stains used for biological samples) and yet, somehow, the dry cleaners can figure out how to get rid of almost all of them!! we’re sending in our coats for their yearly cleaning here in a couple of weeks, and i have no doubt they’ll come back looking brand new :)
