@mamasdownsouthkitchen: One pot million-dollar spaghetti - 1 pound ground beef - 1/2 of a sweet onion diced up - 2 tbsp butter - 3 ½ cups beef broth - 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce - 12 oz spaghetti noodles (3/4 of a box) - 1 tsp each Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder - salt and pepper to taste - 8 oz block cream cheese (cut into cubes) - 1/4 cup sour cream - 1 cup ricotta Melt your butter in a hot skillet and add in your onion and sauté for a few minutes until slightly translucent. Then add in your ground beef and cook until done and drain any excess grease. Add in your sauce and put some of your beef broth in that jar and shake it to get the rest of the sauce out and add that in and the rest of your beef broth and mix . Add in your spaghetti noodles and make sure they are covered by the liquid. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes until your noodles are done. When the noodles have about 5 minutes left on them go ahead and add in your cubed up cream cheese and stir it in so it can start melting. Once your noodles are completely done stir in ¼ cup sour cream. I like to put dollops of ricotta on top, but you could also just mix it in. Top with some parmesan and parsley. #schoolnightdinner #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #easydinner #dinner
