I love this! It’s so simple that you’re not in the deficit you think you are if you’re not seeing any results at all, and not seeing the results you want to have is a totally different issue. On my weight loss journey right now and I totally needed this! 👏

My issue is that I’ve gone from either 98 or 96kg (216/211 lbs) to 86kg (189lbs) and my body looks absolutely no different. I can now see my jawline better but everywhere else looks the same and it makes me so sad. I know it’s a process that I have to trust but my lord is looking the same deflating sometimes. I can’t wait until my clothes feel a bit baggy.
