He got an average team to the world cup semi final dud. He was trying to protect a lead. Argentina in the first half were a disgrace, fouls and trying to stop England. The worst thing England could have done is score. The real Argentina came out. They went into survival mode and ignored management instructions. Imagine if they had done that from the start. Celebrate with your friends, massive achievement. Plus you have a match against France to look forward to.
