@restovivaldi: Chicken Cacciatore (One Pan Recipe) 🐔 Ingredients: 1 chicken breast butterflied 1 tbsp AP flour 1/4 green pepper sliced 1/4 red pepper sliced 1/4 small red onion sliced 5 mushrooms sliced 1/4 of dry white wine (or chicken stock) 6 ounces of tomato sauce 1 pinch of chopped Italian Parsley Salt and pepper to taste 🐔 Instructions: 1. Dredge the butterflied chicken breast in flour, seasoning with salt and pepper. 2. Sear the chicken in a pan until golden brown and cooked 3/4 of the way through. 3. Add the sliced green pepper, red pepper, red onion, and mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Deglaze the pan with the white wine or chicken stock, scraping up any browned bits. 5. Stir in the tomato sauce anf simmer till chicken is cooked through. 6. Garnish with chopped Italian parsley and serve immediately.
