I got the coop orthopedic pillow a few months ago and it's been amazing. it does take a while to get all the adjustable pockets to the perfect height but imo so so worth it

I like my LOFE pillow! It’s on Amazon and has 4 layers but you can take whichever ones out you want! I actually use it to support my arms due to TOS issues but I do like it a lot!

I sleep on a super flat pillow and use a soft cervical collar. If my neck is flexed to much from a big pillow my arms go numb.

Cosy House was affordable and you can make it as thin or thick as needed. Forms to my neck and needs. I have tried so many! This one is great! (Less is more in the filling, btw).

I have two pillows I got from Costco years ago and the baby blankie I’ve had for 25+ years (replaced my shredded one actual baby blankie lmao) that I can position around my neck for support lol, and a body pillow between my knees. I need a better body pillow but every one I’ve tried is TOO fluffy but this one is too flat 💀🥲🤣

Get a cervical neck pillow. Then sleep at an incline. Makes a huge difference

this costs 20 bucks and has fixed so many issues. I use this with a long bendable body pillow for side sleeping or on my back and it's been a life saver.

first I measured the distance between my neck and the end of my shoulder. then I bought a memory foam thick very firm pillow. on top of that I have a squishy pillow. The two together make that distance perfect.

I get these from my chiro, I don’t get the memory foam bc of worries it’ll be too hard. You literally can fill them to be as tall or firm as you want them to be. The more water, the taller and fimer it is! The one I have has a regular pillow topping on it so it doesn’t just feel like you’re sleeping on a bag of water… I SWEAR by these for obv reasons
