You could also start making your own bread. I’ve been making my own bread. It’s not very hard flour yeast salt, water. I cook mine in the air fryer. It’s pretty tasty.

First question do you have access to a kitchen? or if no to a microwave? 2nd, that is a bad store to shop in, do you have a Walmart or even target near you? better something like discount grocery or a regional local place? we avoid most grocery stores. what about Kroger?
